Girls night out!
I had the pleasure of Saskia and Jazz s company last night at an Easter class. Saskia is training at Norlands to be a nanny so I got lots of parenting tips!! Jazz brought Saskia for her birthday present as a surprise so Saskia was relieved to find herself here and not on a night time walk which was what she had begun to suspect was happening!! Phew!

Crumbs its Spring already!!
A delightful day was spent with Laura the editor of Crumbs magazine and Rob her lovely photographer. We served our favourite neighbours a five course chocolate 'supper' for their Supper Club feature.
We started with a selection of goats cheese knackali, white chocolate enrobed green olives and savoury chocolate shot.
Scallop on roast beetroot with cocoa dressing
Lamb tagine with 100% cocoa and caramelise citrous fennel and white chocolate
Chocolate salami and coffee.
Perfection was acheived and a bunch of satisfied and happy neighbours left with a spring in their step on the first day of Spring!!
Recipes to follow.......
